Someone—or something—was dragging furniture upstairs, though they knew they were alone in the house. Over the years, many people have claimed to see a woman dressed in dark robes, her head bowed, moving silently and disappearing into the shadows. Disturbingly, her face appears to be missing, as if covered by a dark veil, which makes her presence even more terrifying.
